How do I create an account?

Click the link at the top right of our site labeled "Create an Account and complete the form. Or as you are processing your first order you will be provided a link to create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

Once you login using the link on the top right of our page labeled "Sign in", there will be a link in the account menu bar that allows you to modify your account.

Shopping Online

If I place my order today, how soon will I receive it, and will it ship the same day?

99% of orders ship within 1 business day from Greenville, South Carolina. Delivery could be as little as 1 day if you are in the East Coast, to 4-5 days if you are in Alaska. Delivery time can vary depending on the carriers schedule/route updates. In the rare case of a backorder item, we will notify you. Most backorders ship within a week via USPS.

Product Availability

How many do you have in stock?

Our warehouse is stocked with over $1,000,000 of  inventory that is ready to ship. With that said, our inventory levels for a certain part will vary depending on demand for that part or our max stocking quantity based on the demand. If you would like to know if we have all of the pieces you need before you place your order, feel free to reach out to us and we will be glad to check for you. If you decide to go ahead and place your order and we are short on the quantity that is on the order, we will notify you and let you know when you can expect the backorder parts.  

When will I receive my backorder?

Most of the time, we are able to ship orders complete. In the event that we do not have the full quantity of the ordered item in stock, we will notify you and let you know when you can expect it. Most backorders will ship to you individually at no extra charge in less than a week. Backorders ship via USPS.

Billing & Prices

What are my payment choices?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal. We have elected to use Paypal as our main payment processor therefore you know your information is secure. You can enter your payment information at checkout or you can call in your order and have it entered for you to complete your checkout. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do you keep my payment info on file?

We do not keep your payment information on file. When you enter your payment information it is handled by the payment provider or if it is read it out to us for an order placed over the phone, it is used only to process that specific order.

Can you price match an item?

Our prices are competitive and we can try to price match or offer some type of discount to an extent. The reason we cant price match all of our items, especially our fittings, is due to the cost of choosing to carry quality fittings that are made here in the USA instead of importing them from overseas.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Are you planning on buying more than 100 pieces of one specific fitting? Multiple reels of hose? Contact us so we can give you special pricing. Aside from that, we do offer free shipping on orders over $2,500 USD.

What carrier do you use? Can you ship Next Day Air?

Depending on the weight of your order, you can choose the shipping carrier of your choice. The most popular is UPS followed by USPS. Once you choose the carrier, you can select standard or expedited shipping. Backorders ship USPS.

No product can be returned without an RGA number. You can return an item if it is within 30 days of purchase. All custom hose assemblies are non-returnable unless it is our mistake. With all custom build your own products, we custom build them to your specification. All other products come with a 30 days return policy if they are in new condition.

The return label should read: RGA # (number here)Hose in a Hurry, 155 Verdin Road, Greenville, SC 29607.  Please note: returns sent without a valid RGA number will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.

I received the wrong product?

This rarely happens, but we are human. If you feel this is the case, please contact our customer service department at 833.421.0346 so we can identify the issue and take care of it ASAP.
