How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" link at the top of our site and complete the form. Or as you are processing your first order you will be provided a link to create an account.
How do I edit my account information?
Once you are logged in (see upper right) you will be provided a link in the menu bar to modify your account.
What if I forgot my password?
Click the arrow to the right of the login/password boxes and it will take you to the login authentication page. There you will see a link to request your password. You must have your login name and a valid email address. Or you can go here to request it now.
What are my payment choices?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Company Check, Wire Transfers and Paypal. We have elected to use Paypal as our payment processor, therefore you know your information is secure. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship?
In stock items are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Build your own products are ready to ship on average within 3 - 5 business days, with the exception of very large orders. After your product has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
When will my backorder arrive?
As soon as we received any out of stock items we will be able to ship the item to you. In the meantime, we will keep you up to date on the status.
How do I return a product?
No product can be return without a RGA number (return goods authorization number) within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return a product please contact our customer service department at 877-233-7104.

What is your return policy?
All build your own products are non-returnable unless it is our mistake. With all custom build your own products, we custom build them to your specification. All other products come with a 30 days return policy if they are in new condition. All eligible returns may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund. Refunds will be credited to the customer's credit card once received at our warehouse. Return credits exclude labor charge, shipping charge, and shipping cost accrued from return shipment.

It is our commitment to provide you with quality components at the lowest price possible. While most of our products do not come from "brand name" suppliers, you can be assured that they meet the highest quality standards as well as all applicable SAE and DOT specifications.
We elected to use Paypal to as our payment processor which has the highest standards Internet security. When you process your payment with us on our site we do not store or collect any payment information. Paypal handles all your information to do with your payment.
